Join our community of fun & fitness! We share the idea that movement is medicine while encouraging older adults ages 50+ to make a move towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
Make A Move provides low-impact exercise programs, both in-person and online, that are suitable for older adults, while still being interactive and fun! There is always a variety of exercises in every class for all levels and we promise you won't find another class like ours! Make A Move also offers mobile (in-home) personal training and fitness classes for facilities or events! Join us and MAKE A MOVE towards a healthy lifestyle!
